Record group 75-43 consists of four sets of records of the Michigan Department of Conservation, Recreation Resource Planning Division (later name change to the Recreation Services Division under both the Dept. of Conservation and later under the Dept. of Natural Resources). Includes: administrative correspondence (1964-70); chief's subject files (1967-70); legislative summaries (1966-70), containing information on all House and Senate bills which would affect the Department; and recreation bond proposal (1968-71), pertaining to Act 257, P.A. 1968 authorizing the issuance of general obligation bonds for public recreation facilities.
